At R & S Realty Group Inc. we have access to thousands of rental property in Central and South Florida.
If your perfect apartment isn't listed, one of our agents can find it for you.

When to look for an apartment?

For an annual rental, the best time to look for an apartment is one to two months prior to your move in date. Most rental agreements do not have give the landlord the ability to start showing rentals until the last 30 to 60 days of the prior lease.

Seasonal rentals for November through April in South Florida should be made at least three months prior to your arrival date. Many rental apartments are condominiums leased by their owners, but the condominium board almost always has to approve the tenant. This process could last up to 4 weeks depending on the time of month the application is submitted.

How much will it cost me?

Deposits for apartments in South Florida typically require 3 months rent to move in: first month, last month, & security equal to one month rent. An employment, eviction and credit check also is needed at a fee of $35-$100 per tenant.
